Feather Ray

I'm guessing I'm really behind in this trend but I don't care. I found these awesome feather hair extensions from the company Feather Ray. They look amazing I so want them.

Birds of Pattern

I love these origami birds that one of my house mates gave me! They have really nice patterns on them and are hanging on this really cool mirror (charity shop find) that is above my bed.

Earring Collection

I have a lot of earrings even though I have only one ear pierced (due to the other one getting infected and closing up before I put an earring in it). I hang my long dangly ones on my lamp because I don't have any where else to put them. All my studs go in a small trinket box which I got from a shop in Tenby in South West Wales called Equinox. I absolutely love it! I was unsure about buying it but I'm so glad I did.

Flamingo Skeleton

I absolutely adore these garden ornaments. They are so much better than the original flamingos. I so want a pair!

Stag Stencils

I stole one of my house-mates camera and finally got round to taking photos of the three deer stencils I've done.

Sorry about the state of the last one, I live in the top of the house and the wall it's stuck on is slopping.

Labyrinth

I adore the film Labyrinth, it's amazing. I found this illustration in the style of Alphonse Mucha, it's by Karen Hallion. I love it!

Brian Dettmer

Brian Dettmer is an artist that I looked at last year for one of my essays. He finds old hardback books with illustrations inside them, then cuts away the front cover and pages to uncover them.

whilst I was researching in the library for my new project, (I was looking at bird skulls) I came across this:

I have a fascination with mounted animal heads but because it's not very PC any more people are coming
up with more interesting ways to create them, like making them out of pieces of wood that you slot together
but these are by for the most intriguing and interesting to look at.

This is not my picture but I really like it. I'm not sure who created it but I got it from this website.

Notebook

I like looking at notebooks and my sister collects patterned ones. They usually have really interesting covers. Of course the better looking ones cost more money. But this really simple one caught my eye.

Mirrors

So far in my room I have four large mirrors, but I would like to have a large collection and have them all hanging on one wall.

The Dinosaur from meet the robinsons

I love this bit in the film.

Urban Outfitters

I recently went to Urban Outfitters and I saw their collection of patterned plates for sale. They are absolutely amazing, so pretty.

They also sell tea cups and saucers, sugar pots, tea pots and milk jugs.
They are on sale at the moment on the website, I can't wait till I move out of this student house and into my own, then I'm going to fill it with things like this.
